The Plaza New York-Style Hot Pastrami is a five-decades old recipe that has been passed on within three generations. House-cured USDA Angus Beef, carefully smoked by The Plaza’s chefs with our signature peppercorn crust.
Each kit is inclusive of half kilo of our Plaza New York-style Hot Pastrami, a sourdough loaf, sauerkraut, Russian dressing, whole dill pickles and slices of Gruyere.
